The houses for rent here are between 6500 Baht and 16000 Baht per month, depending widely on what you need or want. Internet is 1000 Baht per month, you can have satellite TV and air-con, if you need. When would you need the house?

The village is about 5 minutes walking distance. The pool is safe to swim in and the water is coming directly from the waterfalls. There are no chemicals used in the pool. Internet access is available for 1000 Baht per month and satellite TV is available for 1500 Baht a month.

i m arriving in Chaloklum on the 25 november, i m looking for a house, for 4 month, december to Marsh. i want something for me and my wife, who is pregnant anf will have a baby delivery in end january in koh samui.
around 8000-9000 bat, what is possible to find ? (no air con, no Tv) we need hot water, terrasse, kitchen with equipment, possible to walk to the beach and the village for a pregnant woman.
on top i would need a scooter, or if possible scooter with a sidecar for that period.

Are any of your houses available from February 2012? I’ll stay 4-6 months on the island and I’m currently looking for a house.
I’ll arrive to Phangan in the first week of Feb 2012.
